Last updated: August 2026

ClientClear provides this Privacy Policy to explain what information this website collects, why, and how it is handled. This policy applies to this website, including the request form and appointment booking. It is provided for general information only and does not constitute legal advice.

Information We Collect

When you use the "Start Request" intake form, we collect the information you choose to provide: your first and last name, email address, phone number (optional), your profession or industry, a short description of your request, your selected appointment date and time, and, if you use one, a referral code.

We do not currently collect or store uploaded documents through this website.

Cookies and Local Storage

This website uses your browser's local storage (not third-party tracking cookies) for a small number of essential functions: remembering your language preference (English/French), remembering your light/dark mode choice, and remembering the choice you make in the cookie banner.

At this time, this website does use Google Analytics for analytics technology. It will only be enabled after you accept our cookie banner, and you will be able to decline it at any time by changing your choice.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to respond to your request, schedule and manage the appointment you book, send you confirmation and related emails, and administer our referral program.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell your information.

How Your Information Is Stored

Information you submit through the request form is stored in a secure, cloud-hosted database. Access to this data is restricted to authorized ClientClear team members.

Who We Share Information With

We share information with the third-party service providers that operate this website, strictly so they can perform the service we use them for: our database provider, the email service we use to send confirmation and notification emails, and Netlify (which hosts this website).

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with any other third party for their own marketing purposes.

Data Retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your request, manage your appointment, and administer our referral program, or as required by law. If you would like us to delete your information sooner, contact us using the details below.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you provide, including restricting database access to authorized team members. No method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request that we correct it, request that we delete it, and withdraw any consent you've given (for example, by declining cookies at any time).

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our website and services change. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do.
